4 Years of trouble free use
I have been using PureVPN for about 4 years now , it's easy to set up ,it's a fair price and it works , i'll keep renewing my subscription for those reasons .

I had problems connecting to BBC world…
I had problems connecting to BBC world service streaming. I had this issue for over three days. Even though I was helped by no less than four technicians, none of them could assist me in this matter .This morning ,to my good luck , I got connected to the technician Finn who fixed the issue within no time. I am satisfied now with my connection to BBC. Thank you Finn you are good in your job. Wilfred O'Kelly

Ethan completely answered every question I had!
I was looking to purchase a dedicated IP, I had a lot of questions, all of which were answered completely by Ethan. He was very friendly and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the details of the dedicated IP service you provide. My one complaint though, is that I found out that you cannot pick which city your dedicated IP is in, only the country. I doubt this will be a problem for me, but I’d rather not pay for a dedicated IP if it gets placed in a part of my country that is thousands ...
