Effective and many server choices
I used PURE VPN while living and working outside the US. At times, the government would slow down or eliminate internet service in an effort to decrease citizen communication. PURE worked very well, allowing me to choose servers outside the country to continue communicating. The service staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Responsive with detailed instruction to solve the problem When I had trouble to connect through PureVPN on my MacBook Air, the technical support guy, Fabian, provided very detailed instructions, including a convenient download link (no VPN connection needed). Ultimately, those instructions solved my connection issue.

Struggled to get resolution of my problem. Two assistants informed me that my Dedicated Server was being upgraded when it was still showing response times. The third assistant Emily identified that there was an issue and put me in touch with Alex. Alex knew exactly what he/she was doing and all was fixed in no time. Fantastic Alex!
