I wanted to vote Excellent but I voted Great for the following reasons: I succeded to install the new beta build 2.0.0 and it works but connection speeds are not always good enough. I hope to come back asap for my Excellent voting.

We cannot change the country once it's…
it works fine with choice of locations to select from, if you set it correctly from (with) your own resp. country AND the same native language, otherwise if you decide from France for exemple to use PURE VPN in English, the locations are greyed out. Bug ?

Couldn't decide in the beginning whether to stick with you guys right through the learning curve and through to the end, because there were some instances that were disappointing, but while hindsight could be 50/50, your customer service has been very responsive for the most part and that counts very big in my book. Finn was very helpful
Finn was very helpful, I was getting an error to update to the latest version every time I ran Purevpn. He simply asked me to uninstall and reinstall the app and now it's working fine. Now, why didn't I think of that?
