Oscar was really helpfull.
Oscar was really helpfull. he fixed my dedicated ip, did give me a how-to about pptp connection and also pointed out my mistake in my setup. We did needed to get here about 40 minutes which I would say is ok if we consider I had many small issues. As I comming from IT where I used to deal with many tickets, Oscar was way more efficient than most of the peoples I did colaborated in the past.
