Great chat experience! Alfred helped me sort out my subscription renewal process. Thanks to him I was able to use the Black Friday offer combined with my existing account. He was very friendly and understood my problem straight away. He investigated the issue and came up with a great solution. Highly recommended - very happy with the support!
