excellent customer service
I have been using purevpn for years now. every time I have an issue it's usually down to my own incompetence - and the support team are always quick to help and figure it out. on this occasion a system migration had forced a password change, so I didn't know the credentials I was trying were no longer valid. Frank helped me quickly find the new credentials and once tested it all worked flawlessly

i've been using PureVPN for 3 years
i've been using PureVPN for 3 years beware, the horrible software :D sometimes breaks but overall it's good. Nice vpn with nice customer service. ( btw Thanks ETHAN )

Did not solve climate change, but my VPN issues!
I could not log into the Firefox extension, so I contaced support via chat. Oscar answered quickly, and solved the issue with no problem and found my joke funny! So... just like support is supposed to be!

PureVPN is my preferred VPN
Support is very responsive. Price is awesome. My technical issues were solved very quickly. I used NordVPN before and am very happy I switched to PureVPN

Use it constantly while in China
Use it constantly while in China. Can be a little slow in some regions - so streaming is an issue - but downloading for watching later is perfectly fine.
