Many of the reviews here are fake or inaccurate. I know that because I've been using ProtonMail coming up on 3 years now. I think that ProtonMail is arguably the best email client a person can have. The customer service is fantastic and very quick response times. I switched from Gmail to ProtonMail and have no regrets as there are so many invasive things Google does with your data, such as placing advertisements in their mail platform of all places. If that doesn’t hit home, they also make it very easy for people to request your data, and 99% of the time ended up giving it away.
