I usualy don't do, but just bought 2yr. premium...

The experience since the last 6 months has been a plain satisfaction. Maybe its just me, but I feel this is the mail client I was looking for... just plain straight forward, no fancy wanky UI, no annoying updates (I mean you f**king FANGs), privacy approach and even accept Bitcoin. Really cool guys! Keep up the good work. I think I donated in the past, but forgot... so I did a 2yr subscription now and bring over all my personal emails from 1&1 (made me sick and tired too...after 10yrs)

NO TE VAN A DESBLOQUEAR ADIÓS CORREOS RECIBIDOS.

I tried to cancel a request to delete…

I tried to cancel a request to delete my account. That required answering all kind of questions, like when I originally created the account. I had no clue. If you can't answer ALL the questions, then they will happily open the account but lock you out of it.Then I told them, that since I couldn't answer their questions, they might as well proceed with the delete request... Which they of course couldn't either. So they cancelled the delete request but effectively locked me out of the ...

Locked out of my own emails.

I have donated and paid for services with ProtonMail. Since down grading my account ProtonMail has locked my account and will not let me access my emails. The support system doesn't work as they send emails to the blocked account. I suggest you stay with google and the like. Taking a little of our data has to be better than blocking your account and demanding money.
