Very efficient recorvery service :)

Service client inexistant car robotisé.
Pour avoir envoyé la même lettre à 9 adresses mail différentes, mon compte Proton à été désactivé, me considérant comme spameur. J'ai présenté un recours, mais le service client n'a pas l'air pressé de me répondre. Pour travailler à fuir absolument.

Protonmail ist ein sehr…
Protonmail ist ein sehr benutzerfreundlicher Email Anbieter. Leider arbeitet dieser Anbieter sehr stark mit den Behörden zusammen was ihn für Whisleblower und andere Personen nicht interessant macht. Aber für normale Geschäftsemail sehr gut. Finde es Schade das Prodotonmail die IP Adressen speichert. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne.

Very good and reliable service
Very good and reliable service. Using Mail and VPN service since one year and had no outages or issues. Contact with the support was a good experience as well - Very skilled and helpful engineers who know their product.

Happiness did not last very long
I was very happy with protonmail plus, paying per month. Then they sent me a discount offer of 47% for a 2 year plan, which i was happy to take. The offer however was not available in my dashboard, and both email addresses they tell you to use for support bounce like a 'noreply' account. It turns out it is (almost?) impossible to get in touch with their support. I signed up for the plus plan, which basically means paying 5 dollars or euros a month for fake offers and bounced support emails. ...

Fantastic experience
Recently I had an issue signing in to my account. SoI reached out to the team , Lesli was a great help, and I was able to get back in. I have been with ProtonMail over a year now and I love it! Great job you guys!!

Customer support is terrible
Customer support is terrible. I have been trying to add proton mail to my mail on my laptop and my microsoft outlook and it's not working. This has been going on for 2 months. Case #553751 After I posted this someone finally contacted me and helped resolve the issue. I reached out yesterday for a follow-up because the new Microsoft Outlook app does not support proton mail and am still waiting to hear back.
