Problem after problem after problem and no help
After having serious problems with Gmail spam I went to protonmail and boy do I regret it. I was stupid enough to pay. I have had nothing but problems. Customization is almost non-existent and they like to use light grey so you almost can't see anyting and if you are vision impaired like I am, it is very difficult. I have had nothing but trouble since I got it and when I contact tech support they basically want me to be some kind of programmer or tech genius to supply the answers to their ...

Expensive for three users but a pretty decent free service
As a free service its pretty decent I think. It has limited storage and its very expensive if you need it for 3 users (but so its mailfence, they are just misleading about their pricing). I actually much prefer ProtonMail to Gmail or the dead end that is Zoho, if only Proton had more storage it would be great! With Proton it was easy to set up, as well as transfer my contacts and e-mails into it. I really like it! As I mentioned, if it wasn't for the tiny 0.5 GB storage limit, I would have ...

I dont recommend
My email account has apparently been "blocked by the algorithm" and support can't help with that, I lost valuables because of an "algorithm", I don't recommend it. Very slow customer service, poor quality, and by email which is very confusing with all the amount of replies.

They suspend their email address for no reason..
They suspend my email address linked to important accounts, claiming that I have received several emails from single IP address.. I requested temporary access and they closed the ticket without responding to my request. They do not have human behaivor.. Really unscrupulous and malicious people.. Stay away from this mail provider. I didn't spam, I didn't do anything wrong. I have registered several email addresses from single IP which is a lie anyway. They didn't investigate, they just ...

Totally inaccurate support pages…
Totally inaccurate support pages directing you to screens that don’t exist. Be very careful when setting up protonmail because their support pages are terrible.

AVOID
AVOID. If you mess up with invoice, they will lock your free Email account, to blackmail you into paying.

ProtonMail goes the extra mile to protect your privacy.
Is impressive how ProtonMail goes the extra mile to protect you from scam/tracking emails. You can even see the trackers embedded in emails which have been blocked by Proton. Never been happier since I left the big corporations email service.

"Secure and encrypted platform with good privacy options"
What do you like best about Protonmail? It is a very fantastic platform with excellent and straightforward UI. It is clear to operate and somewhere similar to Zimbra Mail. It has good privacy and security features. The best thing is that it is customizable, and we can edit the dashboard as we want with colors we like. The messages and emails are safe within its encrypted service. What do you dislike about Protonmail? This platform is secure, but it would be more remarkable if it had 2FA, ...

Paid for plan features has issues
Paid for plans offer the user the promise of email bridge apps to use with Windows, Mac and Linux and access to extended features also through 2 android and iPhone apps. Since signing up to the paid for service "plus" tier I have no end of problems... Import of email, calendar and contacts was smooth enough from an independent previous email provider into Protonmail Plus, but then the problems begin. The bridge app doesn't work reliably. Incorrect date stamps all over my emails in ...
