Terrible customer service and low quality participants

I used prolific to reach participants to take part in academic research. However, stopped using the service early, and have not been able to use the data for half of those who've participated. 1. Participants rush through your survey, but you're still expected to pay them, even when they're clicking the same answer over and over. Our questionnaire had a one page information sheet and complex questions that should take time for people to answer, but 66 seconds was deemed acceptable for ...

Horrible treatment after completing plenty of tasks and being an old member. Just blocking the account without explanation even if I've done nothing wrong.

THEY PAID ONCE AND LOCKED OUT THE SECOND TIME I TRIED

I was accepted and began doing studies. I didn't alot of time on it and the extra change I was getting was wonderful because of cancer I can't work. I called out at 15.54 the first time it actually worked... Couple days later I tried it again at 6.46 and it locked my account. Prolific blocked my account permanently and have offered no explanation

Prolific blocked my account permanently and have not provided a reason why. They have just told me the decision is “very final”. What a way to thank their participants for hours of dedication. I suspect it may have to do with me changing some of the About You section answers, to try and keep it updated. Be very careful folks, when changing the About You’s. I am very unhappy with the whole situation.

Best survey site I've used. I've been a member since 2018 and have completed over 900 submissions. I've never had a problem with the service, and the research topics are always interesting.

Got a life time ban after doing surveys for a couple of weeks did nothing wrong wouldn’t say why there ban me glad I’m out of it if they behave like that would stay well away
