Terrible customer service It's my first experience using Prolific as a researcher and I've been surprised by their irresponsible, unprofessional and negligent conduct. The only means of communication with them is a web-based support ticket and if you request help that requires more involved customer assistance than copy-paste responses that they have ready to go, they simply stop answering, just like that, passive-aggressively. If you give honest opinions and answer truthfully on the surveys you can make good money through prolific. I could not recommend a better website for earning extra cash. These guys are professional and I have never had an issue.

After a week of trying to do surveys I have given up. I keep getting the Pec-sub 0002 error! Why? Just wasting my time! I do surveys on Qmee, Ipsos, Yougov, Y-live and have never had this problem! Really wish Trustpilot let us have the option of giving zero stars! After getting the reply from Prolific below I just decided I don't need the hassle and promptly deleted my account. Thanks for nothing, Prolific!😠😠😠

This is a great platform. The settings are filtered to whatever category you might fall into, students or wokring class which helps to get the interesting and informative surveys for you.
