The surveys are interesting and easy to complete. Payouts are seamless and its a fun way to make a little money.

*Incredibly* invasive

*Incredibly* invasive. They want a picture of your driver's license or passport PLUS a selfie to match. It's enough to surrender the usual data but no one should ever give over those items. The potential for abuse is severe. I am thinking more of Prolific being hacked and having data stolen than misuse by them. Would you give those things to a random stranger? Can you imagine if a foreign government got their hands on all that?

My Last Profilic Experience the research is generally remarkable and motivating.İn my last experienced the description of the second part of the research was slightly extended. At first I doubted whether I understood the subject correctly, but in the process I understood better what I needed to do.

SCAM

Phone numbers outside the UK/US are not accepted, but the site does not specify this. Customer service is non-existent. Most likely a scam EDIT : No answer after more than 1 month from the client support, but immediate reaction from trustpilot. Guess Trustpilot IS the client support. How miserable is this *sigh*

prolific is the best research platform there is, hands down.

Easily operated study earning website!

Legitimate website that allows one to earn some extra cash, answering some questions & doing certain studies. So far my exerience has been rather postitive other than few studies with technical issues (both mobile&desktop) which made me unable to carry on with studies. Moreover, few occurances and by the time one clicks, studies are already fully booked. Some days you get lucky with surverys but some, it can get real quiet. It is definitely worth signing up and giving it a go!

Prolific Is Not Recommended.

This is by far the worst experience I had with survey / studies sites, after a couple of days of signing up with Prolific on Feb 26 2024, and making around $25 I started getting the error message PEC-AB-0002, and I was blocked of no fault of my own from completing anymore studies, I research Prolific for PEC-AB-0002 find out the reason and the answers did not make much sense, From looking at the explanation of what the error code means below, I am not using a VPN, Proxies and my IP search ...
