Best Survey Site I Ever Used

This is one of the best paid survey sites I have ever used in my almost 10 years doing surveys. One minor complaint is that they'll flag your ip address and that'll prohibit you from taking surveys. It's a simple fix but if you're solely reliant on hotspots like xfinitywifi like I am then you're kind of out of luck until your ip gets unflagged.

Withdrawal Issues

I have been having issues withdrawing my balance for over 50 days now and have sent 5 or 6 tickets to Prolific support about this, I have only received one reply so far of an automated style response that was very unhelpful in my unique case. I cannot find any other way to contact support and I have a sum of money in my balance that I cannot withdraw to my PayPal. Do better prolific! Surveys are good, pay is good but customer service is really bad.

I didn't know what to expect but I had heard good things. It is good, although you need to concentrate it can be a good little earner, I have made £15.01 in the first day, and cashing out was easy and quick.

Will remove you from the platform for no reason

I had been using Prolific as a participant for 7 months. In that time I completed over 1,000 studies with only 1 rejection. I was recently removed for no discernable reason. I completed their chatbot to request follow up as to the nature of my removal from the platform and never received a response. It's a terrible way to operate a business, but I suppose since they have a steady stream of people waiting to get on their platform they don't feel the need to resolve things with active ...

It's a hobby - not a side job.

Great little side job which I imagine most people treat more as a hobby than an actual, profitable side job. As someone based outside of the US, I can only do two or barely surveys in a single session. Very little availability of lengthy, high reward surveys. I'm yet to experience a survey that pays over 5 pounds in the half of a year I've been doing this but I enjoy Prolific nonetheless.
