Their is very little support on this site past an automated, copy and paste response as you can see from their other responses to others having issues. I have been having issues with their sub-002 error after I signed up for MTURK and as of today my account is on hold. Don't sign up for other crowdsourcing sites if you want to stay on prolific. They don't like competition it would seem.

Extremely poor unprofessional company

Extremely poor unprofessional company. Blocked me from entering more studies with no reason given. I suspect their monitoring is poor and the study data is completely unreliable. Rude communication from them and though I asked for an explanation at least three times, I just got rude responses. Please do not work with them.

Biggest joke of a website

Biggest joke of a website. Created account. Didn't even take a single survey, and they say there's a ban on my IP. They tell me to change my IP. I'm not changing my IP for ONE site when all my other sites say my IP is okay. Joke of a website *Edit - The link Prolific has provided below is absolutely useless and does not guide you on how to fix the issue at all.

They're cheaters

They're cheaters, don't trust them. From the beginning it was OK. Then, they started delaying approving. Lately I've had £9+ in account with them. I was waiting to be approved for a few weeks, had a few chats with them, and they just blocked my account without explanation. I'm 100% sure my earning were proper.

I receive lots of surveys and studies that are very tailored/suitable to me. I feel that I'm the one the researchers are looking for to fill out their questionnaires and surveys. I did not give 5 stars for one reason. My IP is flagged which made me not able to participate in the studies using my IP. I need to connect to the mobile data to be able to participate. Due to that reason, I missed many studies. I hope they fix this. My IP is flagged since forever.

Easy to access surveys, some of which are very interesting, others are very short and simple to do. Just remember to copy the code before starting the survey!
