I was doing great until a couple of months ago when I started getting the dreaded PEC-SUB-0002. So I started using my phone to be able to access the surveys. I can log into my account using both my computer and phone, I just can't complete my surveys. I turned off my phone wi-fi and still no luck. I'll click "take part in this study on my phone" and it just lags now (it was not doing that earlier this week) the survey will not load. I like the fact that you are compensated for your participation, but they should give more for certain studies.

broken website, broken system. dont waste your time

it would be great except they hired some company that does ip checks and they've banned hudreds of good participants ip addresses with no legitimate reason or fix. they tell you to turn your wifi off and use your cellular data as their own fix, which isnt a fix, but a work around. rather than fire this company they hired, they continue to use them, and continue to lose viable participants. i believe they are destroying their own worth by doing this. i personally could not take a company ...

Despite emailing them, they refuse to disclose exactly what has happened, they even go as far to say “I must stress that, while we thank you for your interest in the platform, this decision is very much final. I like that the company provides me with an opportunity to be productive and provide valid opinions.

I like that the company provides me with different studies to tackle which are brain crackers and I love that fact that I am enabled to share my views and opinions anonymously. I would appreciate it if I were to receive more studies frequently that pay a bit more because I enjoy using and participating on this platform
