Support is terrible. Everyhting else is very good

I believe it is a great platform and you participate in studies that often are challenging and interesting. However, Support is awful. My account (3 years old), was blocked, just because I was in a different country for one week. I contacted Support, and they send me messages asking for clarification but they do not read my replies, the messages that I send to them, time after time. This is such an amazing website. it s everything it claims to be. the interface is easy to use and it is an easy way to make some extra cash on the side. There are no hustles when it comes to getting compensated for participating in studies. I LOVE it!
