Awful customer service
This is some kind of joke. It started well, I had couple studies and was giving quality answers and always paying attention, some of the gave me a bonus payments. And all of the sudden my account as been put on hold, with no warning. I don’t use VPN, I only use my private wi-fi, which is delivered be one of the main UK providers. Edit: Customer service is absolutely useless. They replied that they put my account on hold, they can’t give me reason and that they won’t answer any of my ...

Banned after a year
After a year and over 1500 submissions with no rejections they have banned me without even a word as to why and only copy paste responses/ai responses. They do not care about you, you are replaceable and they will not even give a single none copy paste response. I regret ever having relied or enjoyed them. Gross company.
