Poor customer service
I have contacted Prolific via the customer support link and form 5 times now since April. I have had no response and a case closed message without even being helped. I cannot cash out and all my details are verified and correct. I would appreciate some help please Prolific, if you read this. Your AI help function is rubbish.

This is my second day on the platform
This is my second day on the platform, and so far, I've only had one study to complete, earning 15 cents. I think the lack of available studies is because I'm new to the platform. However, I find the website very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
