What do you like best about Proliant? As a payroll specialist, I'm in the system daily. It is an intuitive system and offers anything you would want in an HRIS/payroll system. We have a small payroll/HR department of about 2-3 staff. With the help of Proliant, we're able to manage 650-700 employees fairly comfortably. We implemented the system during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, but we never lost any functionality on an administrative or employee level.
