"Very user friendly."

What do you like best about Prokeep? The ability to let customers text me direct to prokeep. What do you dislike about Prokeep? Sometimes, it goes down and interupts my customers from reaching me. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Prokeep is good at keeping up on the updates.

What do you like best about Prokeep? Amazing speed from support getting answers to questions I have had. The answers are explained in a way that even I can understand and take the necessary steps or begin to use a function. What do you dislike about Prokeep? Haven't run into one yet but Prokeep people keep listening so if I find one I know help is there. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? "It has been very helpful with the transfer of pictures and communicating with customers."

What do you like best about Prokeep? Picture sending and sending messeges that can be responded by the customer on their time. Not having to give out a personnal cell number is worth it. What do you dislike about Prokeep? There isnt really a down side. It has been a very useful tool. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending pictures and files back and forth without requiring an email address.

What do you like best about Prokeep? The simplicity of how it works and its raw functions are amazing. It easly works with other applictions to send both pictures and messages. What do you dislike about Prokeep? I am personally not a big fan of all the icons for the different functions. I prefer to be able to identify the functions by name. "Works excellent and easy"

What do you like best about Prokeep? Our customers can send information easier and faster through a text vs a email where they could spell the wrong email address. What do you dislike about Prokeep? If you receive a text and dont close the thread, you can miss a order the next day because it doesnt flash like you have a new message when it first comes through. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier communication to our customers

What do you like best about Prokeep? Its an easy place to find information. As long as you have the right link. What do you dislike about Prokeep? There is very few "summaries' as to what a function does. This may be a fault of the organization tho. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Its a good way to communicate with other debts/customers

What do you like best about Prokeep? It allows us to have a platform to reach our entire sales team via text. Specifically it is very useful when needing to ID product or understand application. Many customers are not tech savy and the texting is easier for them. What do you dislike about Prokeep? Sometimes when I or a team member claims a conversation, it does not immediately show up as claimed. Resulting in multiple people working on the same thing, not sure why this happens. What ...

What do you like best about Prokeep? It is very easy to use for my staff and my customers. What do you dislike about Prokeep? Nothing, this is a great product that works well. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer communication is a breeze with Prokeep. Our customers love the short form communication method. It also allows any employee to communicate with customers based on who is available.
