What do you like best about Prokeep? Not having to give out personal cell phone numbers for a customer to send an image. What do you dislike about Prokeep? I have not used the app enough yet to have any complaints. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Gives our customers another communication option. Seeing the record of information is beneficial when you need to refer back to the conversation with the customer.

What do you like best about Prokeep? The convenience at hand! This is the most convenient and user friendly tool you can have for your business. Able to text and recieve pictures from tecnicians. What do you dislike about Prokeep? There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about this system. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing is wrong!

What do you like best about Prokeep? Having an HVAC tech text a picture of an equipment nameplate eliminates errors vs having the tech read it to you. He or you could make a mistake. What do you dislike about Prokeep? There are none that I know of. It helps me from wasting time on unnecessary phone calls. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? direct messaging between team members is a nice add on.

What do you like best about Prokeep? Our drivers are able to keep moving throughout the day with very quick access to help and solutions. It is nice to see other peoples claim threads because we can have more than one person help tackle an issue. What do you dislike about Prokeep? What do you like best about Prokeep? We do not have company phones for my position so being able to utilize a "texting" format is key. It allows clients to text pictures which is so much quicker and easier than email! What do you dislike about Prokeep? We have several users of Prokeep in the building so we don't always know when a text has been sent to us. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Prokeep solves the problem of not having a personal business phone.
