"Fantastic and simple"

What do you like best about Prokeep? That we can use or same land line and still keep better records of correcspondence with my contractors without needing to have 3-4 sources of information. What do you dislike about Prokeep? I wish I could attached more than 1 picture file at a time. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Wasting time talking on the phone when a contractor simply needs to know that a part is "in". And I can coordinate with field guys to confirm parts.

What do you like best about Prokeep? Pictures to the branch. Plus other things that are added. What do you dislike about Prokeep? Lack of marketing presence to the electrical industry to reach our customers. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating a point for the customers to get taken care of through text messages.

What do you like best about Prokeep? Looking up pass threads and know it is there in case you need to pull it back up.Also the ability to look at pictures is a huge help. What do you dislike about Prokeep? When you seach a name up some time you have to reset prokeep to get it to show up. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Less time on the phone and can muilt tasking.

What do you like best about Prokeep? It is extremely helpful when trouble shooting customer issues over the phone. Being able to immediately see pictures of what technicians are looking at is invaluable. What do you dislike about Prokeep? Not much. Being able to set up groups or classify people by branch of business would be helpful What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Prokeep? We do not have company phones for my position so being able to utilize a "texting" format is key. It allows clients to text pictures which is so much quicker and easier than email! What do you dislike about Prokeep? We have several users of Prokeep in the building so we don't always know when a text has been sent to us. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Prokeep solves the problem of not having a personal business phone.

What do you like best about Prokeep? It helps up have a great experience for customers to be able to communcate through text with our customers. What do you dislike about Prokeep? Sometimes I wont be able to know when a customer want to talk to me personally unless another associate lets me know when it assigns to me. "Prokeep helps the flow of information get across all employees."

What do you like best about Prokeep? Our drivers are able to keep moving throughout the day with very quick access to help and solutions. It is nice to see other peoples claim threads because we can have more than one person help tackle an issue. What do you dislike about Prokeep? "Useful tool for office team to communicate via text."

What do you like best about Prokeep? It allows us to have a platform to reach our entire sales team via text. Specifically it is very useful when needing to ID product or understand application. Many customers are not tech savy and the texting is easier for them. What do you dislike about Prokeep? Sometimes when I or a team member claims a conversation, it does not immediately show up as claimed. Resulting in multiple people working on the same thing, not sure why this happens. What ...

What do you like best about Prokeep? It is very easy to use for my staff and my customers. What do you dislike about Prokeep? Nothing, this is a great product that works well. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer communication is a breeze with Prokeep. Our customers love the short form communication method. It also allows any employee to communicate with customers based on who is available.
