Scam artists! Stay away!

I signed up for the free trial for the business version, which was advertised as $25/month per user. I was one user as I was trying it out for a company I’m contracted with. When I didn’t cancel the free trial within the given timeframe, I found my account was charged for $375. When I complained and tried to get my money back, they explained that I was charged for 15 licensees, even though I was only one user. They said it was “not their policy” to give refunds. Great for time keeping

What do you like best? I like that it allows us to look at different projects and the time it takes to complete them all. What do you dislike? I don’t typically dislike everything but I know our accounting department says sometimes it’s confusing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PM is the best one I've tried for the money

What do you like best? The monthly fee is low enough that even a public university can afford to use it, but it is robust enough to help you manage projects across teams in multiple departments as well as external agencies. The format is very customizable for use with widely varied projects from building apps to developing new clinical programs in a hospital. What do you dislike? Do not sign up for “free trial”

Do not sign up for “free trial”. There is no option to cancel on your own online. You will have to deal with talking to useless people and will be charged a ridiculous $75 for a product you have not used. Stay away.

A project management that's simple to utilize.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The UI is easy to to use the moment you enter its dashboard. Little to no training is needed. The only actual work involved in utilizing the tool was dealing with its internal processes. For the rest, it's either hands off or little involvement is needed.
