Misleading costs

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I didn't actually use projectmanager.com - I signed up for the free trial to see what their timesheets look like. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I am currently using Monday.com and Smartsheet.com and I needed a timesheet app as well. FRAUD!!!

1. I signed for a free trial and as advertised, they will send me an email notification when the trial period is about to end. I never received an e-mail reminder.2. I selected the $15 option for personal use for 1 user. I was charged $75 for 5 users. I never registered the number of users.3. I did as instructed. Go to Accounts>Billing to cancel my subscription. It only reflects my card details. It doesn’t have a cancel option. I have evidences to prove my claim.

Basically a scam. Free trial rolls over into an expensive subscription. Poor explanation of billing and subscription options. can't be imported into MS Project as claimed. Limited functionality

Task management has never been this easy before.

What do you like best? Good roles control and project management. Easy to track and update projects due to user friendly features of the software. Has real time dashboard that can be accessed online by all project team members. What do you dislike? A bit expensive for small scale users, customer support does not work as promised. KEEP AWAY FROM FREE TRIAL

Stay away from Free Trial. I tried free trial and after some evaluation I found out it is not adequate to manage comprehensive project . However somehow I forgot to cancel trial version. Then I realized 350 USD withdraw from my bank account . I immediately(same day) send an email indicate this is not fair so kindly ask them cancel and refund my money. They rudely reject my request and did not refund my money. KEEP AWAY
