Easy to Use and Intuitive

Easy to Use and intuitive. It's straightforward and user friendly. The switch from MS Project was seamless.

Absolutely worst company ever!

Absolutely worst company ever!! Charged crazy amount of 75$ for a month ( such price dont even exist on they pricing list) when I forgot to cancel the trial. Refused to refund and being absolute ignorant customer service. Never would I ever use them again!! Avoid!

I trial'd a number of project…

I trial'd a number of project management services and this one stood-out as the very WORST by far when it came to billing and customer appreciation. No notification of payment after trial. Even in their terms they spell out they will charge you even if you do not use their service at all. That should immediately tell you they have NO appreciation of customers and ARE NOT interested in actually providing a value to their customers (suckers).

What do you like best? the huge overview of the projects, the workload for each developer, we can see the workload based on hours thats great, we can organize our developer over all projects, the reporting is good What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The browser based PM is fairly easy to use but if you don't have a connection, you are not going to be doing any project management. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The website pricing is very deceptive. It is designed to appear that the charge is $20/month to use their software. However it is $20/user/month and they automatically charge for 10 users. So 5 days after the trial we received a charge of $200. ...

What do you like best? We used this as our implementation project tool for a small company that had 20 similar implementations occurring at once for the same type project. What do you dislike?
