"Prodoscore is a good tool but very expensive in comparison to the other tools we use."

What do you like best about Prodoscore? I like how irrespective of the device we use, the data gets collected, the other tools we use are agent based which collects data for laptops only. This helps us show our performance when we respond to emails or chats off-hours using our phones, which still gets captured, plus the team incorporated our suggestions in no time and enabled the feature requested for better analysis. "Prodoscore has enabled us to manage a hybrid remote team."

What do you like best about Prodoscore? Being able to monitor remote employees' efforts. What do you dislike about Prodoscore? I do not like the PTO feature. You can only log the PTO the day after it happens and then it takes 24 hours to adjust the metrics. What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you? By having data available we are able to keep employees accountable.

What do you like best about Prodoscore? Prodoscore offers a nice Microsoft and Phone system integration- this ensures that activities are not double counted for employees. There is also a nice heirarchy that can be built into prodoscore so that managers and directors only have access to individual teams. What do you dislike about Prodoscore? "Definitely Worth It"

What do you like best about Prodoscore? The ability to monitor incoming and outgoing messages, chats, etc. We are able to ensure that our messaging is correct and our employees are providing proper guidance to our clients. What do you dislike about Prodoscore? The actual score is a bit difficult to dial in correctly. What do you like best about Prodoscore? The navigation is simple and easy to use. I like how each tool, timestamp, and reporting work together, and the visual representation of the information is well thought out. What do you dislike about Prodoscore?
