"Staff nitpicked and interrupted me multiple times during my test"
What do you like best about ProctorU? Last year, the proctor I had was respectful. The exam proceeded smoothly. There were no interruptions, or proctors to deliberately penalize students.

The absolute worst company
The absolute worst company. Makes the test taking process 1000x more stressful and almost gave me a panic attack. They deserve to go out of business.

What do you like best about ProctorU? This is a terrible service. The workers are hard to understand and often have poor knowledge of macOS to be of any use. I truly wish this service would be discontinued.

They make changes on the laptop without…
They make changes on the laptop without asking. They are not polite about it. They take control without asking. I use my office for my school. they had me take down all my work notes that I put on my wall. i was not told that I need to go to a room where i have no papers around me. They had me cover my giant monitors with clothes, added weight on them. Non of this information is stated. This is a college midterm not a state bar.
