Authenticate app, but failed authentication when Connecting.
My problem was I could authenticate to PrivateVPN URL, and a fresh install of the Windows app would allow me to authenticate, but I was unable to authenticate when clicking the Connect button. This prevented use of the VPN. The rep, Mac, was great in knowing what to try. Even though pw reset was done earlier, he knew to reset it again under more controlled conditions where he used Team Viewer to reset my password from his end. It worked. Super.
