Helped me past a security certificate error at OpenVPN
Got to the point quickly and was able to send me the OpenVPN config file I was unable to download due to a security certificate error on the OpenVPN website.

Excellent customer support
The customer support at PriVateVPN are awesome. I had issues with a streaming site in United States and they were able to resolve my issues on MacOS and iOS. Jim at PrivateVPN was very knowledgeable and helpful and specially very patient with me until my issues on iPhone and MacBook were resolved.I have been using PrivateVPN for several years and very happy with their service.Much appreciated Jim.
