Technical Support
I was having difficulties logging into PrivateVPN and kept receiving the error message: "An error occurred while sending your request." Fortunately, with help from Dale from the technical support team, I’m now finally able to log in to the app. Dale was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They guided me through the process step by step and made sure everything was working properly before ending the chat. Thanks again for the excellent support!

JIM from Support Team must get a pay rise.
