The online chat is consistently answered by a person (promptly after the bot asks just one or two questions) who actually listens and responds appropriately to give the answers in a helpful way - like Tom, who was excellent this evening and really impressed me: I have just requested specific details on a receipt and have been told the amendments will be emailed to me - so convenient!
