Great helpful service
I have used this VPN for many years and it is efficient and effective . I is it for protection when using public WiFi and to use DOWNLOAD TV apps outside of the UK. When I use VPN however I do occasionally ( one or twice a year) encounter problems with BBC Iplayer. When this happens I have contacted the help email and have always received a prompt response with helpful easy to follow instruction of what to try to overcome the BBC blocks. I've been using PrivateVPN for a long time and only now did I encounter my first issue. I contacted support via the site's chat, and got a response immediately. Tom was really kind, didn't just brush off the issue and resolved it really quickly.

Perfect support
Perfect support! I just opened the chat support, the bot asked me a few questions and in the end suggested connecting to human support. The human support magically identified the issue and resolved the issue. Thanks guys! Highly recommended!
