I opened a ticket from the app and I received the answer within 5 minutes. Dale was very friendly and helpful, besides quick on his response. And everything worked after He told me what to do to solve the issue

After many months of uninterrupted service we suddenly could not see our main channel (Swedish). Quickly got access to chat support and received excellent support from JL. Issue fixed within a few minutes
