I have been using PrivateVPN since it came on the scene years ago. It has changed and improved a lot over the years. It’s my preferred VPN service for access and Support. Just today I had a wee problem and Tom fixed me up in minutes. This is why I stay with them. Great service and Support.

Needed customer support

Needed customer support. Dale was patient and after some time solved my problem. I got cut off from him (my fault) but I was able to be transferred back to him rather that starting over. Dale was polite and extremely helpful.

Give Dale a raise

The great Dale helped me so I could watch The Next Step. I was really sad because I really wanted to watch The Next Step, but then Dale came in like a hero.
