From sending an email for support to receiving a reply was just minutes and not hours or days like some companies. Private VPN is a company that prides itself on supporting their customers. In my instance Tom replied quickly with concise instructions to rectify my problem. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Tom.

Logging into an account while connected to VPN
I had an issue logging into one of my accounts while connected to my VPN. I emailed support and JL responded to my email in 2-3 minuets and guided me through the process of getting the issue fixed. JL was polite and quick to respond during the troubleshooting process. I would strongly recommend PrivateVPN to anyone, and put any doubts they may have about service and support to rest.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom on a few questions to finalize my setup. I had just purchased the service last night after using SurfShark and receiving terrible support from them. Tom was able to answer my questions quickly, and on top of that added extra helpful and USEFUL tips to add additional layers of security to my setup. Very pleased with the service itself, but even more pleased they have folks like Tom helping their customers. He is truly an asset to his team.
