I decided not to continue the service…
I decided not to continue the service since my overseas trip was completed. The customer service team was extremely responsive and helpful in turning off the auto-renewal.

A support assistant named Tom guided me…
A support assistant named Tom guided me through the world of sudden changes on websites which then require assistance to correct affected computer settings. Very satisfactory to straighten out these changes which are sudden and unannounced, and which can lock the vpn user out of an account without an explanation. Assistant Tom could make suggestions leading to a satisfactory outcome.
