Simple to use and no hassles

I have been using PrivateVPN for a year and am very satisfied with it. My prior experience with VPNs was so so. They were troublesome to load and rerlatively expensive. PrivateVPN is very economical for me, a modest user. It loads quickly and there is an incredible selection connections. Also, I am pleased with the tech service. I recently had a bug in my system and the program would not load. Over a number of sessions the tech guy persisted and fixed the problem.

It’s easy to set up and does what it says on the tin

It’s easy to set up and does exactly what you need...it slows the connection down so expect downloads and streaming to take time...but they RAG (red amber green) rate countries so you can see who has the fastest speed - very useful. Overall I will be signing up on a longer term - very satisfactory service!Also great customer service feedback - quick and easy email service!

VPN works very well. I had a little technical issue about two months down the line, and opened a support ticket, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I got clear instructions how to solve the problem and everything started working again. Thanks!
