Excellent company with first-rate customer service
My honest experience was worry until I had a live chat with JL. They explained to me that I had tried to enter the "wrong" password too many times and the program had shut me out. I was told to uninstall my program and reinstall it from a link provided. After about 15 minutes, it appeared that my computer's ISP was in Sweden. Success! I was beyond pleased with customer support.

Excellent VPN it does all it says it does with good speeds all around I had a slight problem accessing USA netflix I contacted there support and asked what I needed to do to get it sorted I was given simple instructions on what to do and in no time It was working a great all round service.

I am new to having and using a VPN
I am new to having and using a VPN. Since i purchased the service, I had assistance with downloading it correctly and setting up my firestick to use in the hotel room while traveling. In a matter of a couple hours, i was in contact with 2 great PrivateVPN customer service representatives. Both, to include Serghei Florea were very quick to respond to my needs and provided what I needed.
