VPN that works in ME
I'v been using PrivateVPN for 3 years without any issues, but last month I wanted to test other service providers has wire-guard protocol for fastar connection. I went with NordVPN and Mullvard but they didn't work in my area (as fast I connect with VPN, with in 2 min the ISP block the IP). Now I'm back with PrivateVPN and had chance to connect the support to test their wire-guard (beta) protocol and it's phenomenal fast. I made a video call over LTE. I'm very satisfied with PrivateVPN service.

Great customer service
I had a hard time figuring out how to get it working but used the customer service live chat and Ferdinand was so helpful! Got it all set up for me. He definitely deserves a raise :)

I Had problem with streaming a service…
I Had problem with streaming a service in the UK. The streaming was working before, but suddenly geoblock was activated. Ed was helping me to solve the problem. Now it works again.

I had trouble setting up my router
I had trouble setting up my router. After quickly explaining my setup the CSR directed me to an alternative setup with fixed my problem. Hands down the best IT support ever. No wasting time with the traditional basic troubleshooting (im a bit more of an advanced user)

Problem with initial connection
I removed previous (Problematic!!) VPN and loaded PrivateVPN but the app would not connect. Ed was very helpful: He provided me with the correct Connection Type to use and that worked!
