All's well that ends well
I changed my email address, and then I couldn't access the VPN program. The support team were very helpful, and patient. What had happened was that coincidentally, a computer program update had wiped the VPN program, which I only subsequently realised. Anyway, all was remedied, and I felt very supported. Thank you.
