PrivateVPN better than best

Have been using PrivateVPN for just under a year. I am so pleased that I have chosen this service. I have no complains whatsoever. Have not noticed any speed reduction and no connection interrupts. All the time that I am connected, it is unnoticeable, some times I have to check to see that I am still connected!About their 24/7 online live chat, A few times I had to ask advice, at out of office hours, and they were there with a concise and precise answer within seconds!I am a satisfied ...

My chat was related to setting up PVPN…

My chat was related to setting up PVPN on a Win10 laptop. I had already set up an account and installed it on a Win7 PC. I tried to log in to my account on the Laptop using my Account ID and PSW which were rejected. Turns out you have to have PVPN installed in order to be able to access your account. I'm writing this because Edward was really helpful - and the problem was solved. Chats often don't a good result! So thanks again. And - added bonus - The VPN works great!

Fantastic VPN, especially for streaming and torrenting. Always unblocks services without any hassle, be it Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, SonyLiv, Hotstar, Hulu, etc... you name it and it does the job without fail. The support is brilliant and has technical knowledge. Support is probably the area where many other VPN providers struggle, but definitely not PrivateVPN. Kudos to the PrivateVPN team!
