Support is Key
I believe you really can't fully recommend a company until something goes wrong and you need help. This is the real test and where many fall down. I had an issue signing in with my app on my computer and needed support. I contacted support via online chat and spoke to Biplab who had to pass on my issue to another team member but in the meantime gave me another option to connect while I waited, which I did. My experience with customer support
I got a connection problem and contacted support. I got a response in less than 5 minutes and after another 5 minutes the problem was fixed! This is called a service for which you are not ashamed! Keep it up! I recommend to everyone who needs a reliable service VPN - to use Private VPN. And one more thing: The name of the employee who helped me - Yuri Sari. Special thanks to him personally!
