Password problem
My password would no longer work after a the VPNs last update, and I was unable to create a new one. I requested help and got a response in minutes. The tech guy simply sent me a link to reinstall the vpn. While the tech support was very good, I don't undertand why PrivateVPN doesn't provide a notice that an update will disrupt the program and offer a fix

VPN issues

Contacted PrivateVPN Support with an error message, which was a consequence - I think - of a virus software update ("The PrivateVpn service seems to be missing"). Received a reply in 10 minutes with link to an instant fix! Thank you, Yuri! Great service
