Account recovery after switching phones and carriers

I needed help reinstalling privateVPN
I needed help reinstalling privateVPN, onto an older laptop. I contacted private VPN on the direct chat. Within 2 minutes I was advised by an assistant to reinstall Windows Net framework, which solved the problem. Very efficient and effective service. Phil Ross

Vpn works very well and tech support is great
Vpn works very well for watching movies etc. Had a technical problem when i moved house to a new wifi system. I got fast helpful support and resolved the issue quickly.

Fast and Effective, good help line
Private VPN iPone App works well, ensure you have selected “on demand” in the app settings. I had difficulty setting OpenVPN up on my DD-WRT router due my not using the latest firmware, very quickly resolved by an email to Private VPN, who responded with clear instructions and the correct scripts to setup OpenVPN with my account credentials. Good value for money and great service.
