Best Customer Service I've Ever Seen
I'm working on my third year with PrivateVPN. In that time I've had questions and minor problems maybe half a dozen times. Each time I contacted them to ask for information or help they've gotten back to me in no later than 24 hours. Most times the same day. I have had a few connection problems occaisionally, but the live chat tech are really helpful and respond immediately and usually resolve the problem.
