Excellent and reliable VPN
I have been with PrivateVPN a few months now and found them very reliable which is so important for a VPN. Their customer chat service is unbeatable as they have sorted out any queries that I have had within minutes. They can't be beaten in my opinion!

Very helpful and promptly service
Hi, I've had a troubles with my update of private VPN. I wasn't able to sign up after update. App used to show me API ERROR. I've sent an email to Private VPN support and I've received answer in 20 minutes over night roughly around midnight.I was really surprised. I'm fixed problem in 5 minutes. Really good service. Many thanks for that.

Once I had an issue ( which was not dependent on the software but on my settings ) and I asked for assistance through the available chat. I got to talk to someone with zero waiting time and after our chat ended I got an email with the solution to my problem. The team is extremely professional and caring for their clients! I couldn't connect to the vpn. but working after updating to a version that was not available on the official website
I couldn't connect to the vpn, but after emailing to privatevpn support, Ferdinand replied in less then 30 minutes with a solution. I couldn't connect to the vpn. but it worked after updating to a version (to which Ferdinand gave me a link) that was not available on the official website. thanks
