I was not able to log in
I was not able to log in. I sent an email to tech support and they email me fairly quickly (I sent it at night and got a response back in the morning). They included a link to where I can download the new vpn client and ask me to uninstall/reinstall with the new vpn client. That did the trick.

Fast help!
I had a problem that the PrivateVPN client did not connect anymore after an update. I tried already uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't help. The support got back to me very quickly with a solution. Thanks!

The customer service for PrivateVPN is outstanding. I had a problem with my renewal rate so I contacted customer service. They promptly contacted me, suggested the best plan, refunding my monies so I could enroll in the plan recommended. I also contacted them regarding a problem I was having with their app. Promptly, again I was contacted to resolve my problem. And 'I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEAD'.

Fast in speed and in support
Just a few weeks into using PrivateVPN. So far very stable and fast. Had a query about not being able to run Netflix, wrote to support and within a couple of hours it turned out I needed to log into the Dedicated IP rather than All Servers. Sorted! Great service.
