I reached out for support to the chat link. Within a minute I had been contacted. The support colleagues spent 20 minutes with me trying to address quite a techinical problem. He was very well informed, very clear in his instructions to me and very quick to respond. The problem was resolved.

I have always received prompt assistance from someone at PrivateVPN when I have had problems with a location or connection. Usually I have made some stupid mistake, but still, have never been made feeling that way by an adviser at the helpdesk.
