Incredible support from PrivateVPN
I have always had incredible support from the PrivateVPN team. In the (vary rare) event that I've had a query about or a problem with the service, they have responded almost instantaneously and the issue has been resolved within minutes. I cannot recommend PrivateVPN highly enough!

Program not reloading after outage
Program did not reload after outage. Used Web Chat to resolve issue. Ed was very helpful, very patient and fully resolved my issue.

Hi i updated my comp to win10 VPN…
Hi i updated my comp to win10 VPN remained locked so i called for help which was given just about straight away the answer was explained i followed the instructions "walla" everything was back working have had VPN for a few years now this was the first hiccup can recommend this program to anybody

Good customer support!
We have been using Private VPN for the last couple of years. Never had issues but if we do, the customer support is always available online and can fix the problems on the spot. The annual subscription prices are also attractive!
