Keep Up The Good Work
I have been using PrivateVPN for nearly 2 years and very satisified with it. Had only a few update issues but it was solved in no time at all. Within minutes I received replies to my mails, 24/7. This is my third year with Privatevpn. I have no complaints, the connections are fast, reliable and troublefree. So fast and harmonius that I don't know if I am connected or not. Sometimes when I needed advice or assistance the personnel was there to offer their wisdom at a lightning speed (at any time of day or night of the week).I am paying for 24months subscriptions and I find the fee more affortable than the 12months, check it out! Happy Problem Resolution
Chatted with Edward@VPN on not being able to log-in after change of my PrivateVPN password. He was prompt and patient in helping me resolve the tecnical problems. Overall, a very pleasant experience in resolving an annoying problem.
