I experienced several computer crashes…

I experienced several computer crashes and finally a complete breakdown, requiring a major repair and installation of new Windows 10 software. Consequently, my Private VPN and associated Wireguard installations were lost. Thanks to the patience and diligent attention of both of your technicians, Ferdinand and Richard, all such programs have been restored and function perfectly.

Private VPN? It doesn't get any better!

After being urged to update the PrivateVPN App on my two Windows 10 laptops, a notification on one of the two showed the access to the path was denied, and asked to send a message to support @privatevpn.com which I did. The second laptop updated without a problem. I received a confirmation immediately, and an answer within' 7 minutes, that provided the solution to my problem. Out of all the providers of services on the inet these days, privatevpn are top of my list for customer service. Any queery, or problem, has always been dealt with quickly, politely, clearly, and successfully. I have been with them for well over ten years, using several different platforms, and I haven't managed to 'stump' them yet... :-) I would recommend them to anyone, for private, or business, vpn requirements.
