Great Service
I installed it, and it didn't do what i wanted it to do. Emailed them. Got a replay within 15 minutes with a simple adjustment to make. Since then it has worked perfectly both on my android tablet and windows laptop.

Multi-year happy customer
I've had Private for several years now. I did a lot of research before selecting them, and have been so happy with the service. Over the years there have been but a few hiccups that have always had a resolution. The folks there are so hard-working and quick to respond. I love that they offer very reasonable costs and have an app to use via Firestick. I look forward to many more years.

Quick Response and Solution
I was unable to view all of the U.S. Netflix shows. I emailed support and within minutes I received a reply. A short time later (and one more reply with my systems information) and I was once again watching all that Netflix has to offer. Many thanks to Ferdinand for his very quick response and solution. Thank you!

Good VPN Experience
VPN was not initially giving me access to the specific country's Netflix I was trying to access, but after talking with customer support I was able to identify and resolve the issue quickly. Most other VPN's are not working how I want them to right now, so finding one that works was a blessing. Also has the best customer support I've seen from any VPN. I've tried probably 7-8 VPN's and PrivateVPN has been the best so far in my opinion.
