I just changed from another VPN…
I just changed from another VPN provider (of about the same cost) to PrivateVPN and had used it for a few days. It was working well, but then started to be very slow and sometimes not connecting. I am in China. I contacted their customer service and was shown how to set my VPN up correctly to use from this location. Since then I have had no connection issues and great speed. The team at PrivateVPN also reached out 2 days later to make sure I was all fine now. The product and service is great.

PrivateVPN is an excellect VPN service. It's secure, fast, and the support is very attentive. Recently, the staff (Ferdinand) helped me with a issue. They are attentive and responsible. A good VPN.
